Titanium Coffee

BPcoffee2 BPcoffee

Today I decided to do another coffee post.  Told you I’d post a lot about coffee.

This is coffee with a bit of a twist.  My husband - Über Coffee Snob Extraordinaire – wont go near it.  I, on the other hand (with my love for all things beneficial to my body and longevity), can’t get enough.  I call this my ‘Titanium Coffee’ for three reasons:

  1. A guy went ahead and registered Bulletproof Coffee as his business name and is making a killing.
  2. I always end up singing “I’m bulletproof, nothing to lose.  Fire away, fire away” under my breath while I make it.
  3. It keeps me strong, nourished and full for hours and makes me feel invincible.  I AM TITANIUM.

Ok, so if you want to pack your morning with caffeine, beneficial fats to aid digestion, a metabolism booster and LOADS of go-go-go, you better get brewing:

Titanium Coffee

1 Cup of brewed organic coffee (I usually make a pour over, but any method of brewing will work.  Except instant.  If you’re using instant coffee, you need to reconsider your life choices)
3 tsp unsalted, grass-fed organic butter
2  Tbsp organic, unrefined coconut oil

1 heaped teaspoon of raw honey or to taste (for sweetness)
1/4 tsp Vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor (I use my Ninja single serve, froths it up REAL nicely) and blend for 20-30 seconds.  Drink immediately and have a great day with all your new-found energy!

Try it, send me a thank you basket and pass it on to all of your friends.  Gone are the mornings spent wishing for a speedy death.  Say hello to not feeling like your eyeballs are falling out.  Say hello to YUM.
